He holds an Aerospace degree from Middle Tennessee State University and has a strong foundation in structural mechanics and systems analysis. Following  his distinguished career in aviation, Pat became a successful home inspector in Tennessee, where he honed his skills in identifying potential issues and providing comprehensive, easy-to-understand reports for his clients. His extensive experience ensures that every inspection is conducted with the highest standards of thoroughness and professionalism.
